The Mining Equipment manufactured by BEML includes Rear Dump Trucks, Hydraulic Excavators, Rope Shovel, Crawler Dozers, Wheel Dozers, Wheel Loaders, Water Sprinklers, Motor Graders, Pipe Layers, C-Crane, Tyre Handler, Side Discharge Loaders, Mine Locomotives and Granby Cars. The Construction Equipment manufactured by BEML includes Crawler Dozers, Hydraulic Excavators, Motor Graders, Back-Hoe Loaders and Front-End Wheel Loaders.
BEML has nationwide network for Equipment Sales & Service support with Zonal Offices, Regional Offices, District Offices and Activity Centres. BEML also operates through Dealer network in Western & Southern India and offers Equipment Sales & After Sales Service support to BEML Equipment in respective territories. BEML has strategically located service centres, which provides services for overhauling of major components & rehabilitation of mining equipment. BEML offers various service contracts for Mining Equipment: Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Maintenance and Repair Contract (MARC), Guaranteed Parts Consumption Contract (GPCC) and Cost Cap Contract (CCC) to achieve higher availability & reliability of equipment.
BEML has nationwide network for After Sales and Services spread across India with 03 Zonal Offices, 12 Regional Offices, 16 District Offices, 06 Activity Centres and 02 Defence Spares Depot at various locations. Majority of the offices are located at close proximity to customers.
BEML takes up Maintenance and Repair Contracts (MARC), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Guaranteed Parts Consumption Contract (GPCC) suiting customer requirement to ensure equipment availability.
